Pasithea Therapeutics Corp. is a clinical-stage biotech focused primarily on research and development of innovative treatments for RASopathies, including neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1), MAPK pathway-driven tumors, and other diseases.

Our lead drug candidate, PAS-004, is a next-generation macrocyclic MEK inhibitor developed to reduce metabolic liabilities and overcome the limited exposure and stability of known MEK inhibitors, allowing for long-term, chronic dosing.
